Rules for the abstracts submission
Important
The official language of this Congress is English. All the abstracts for poster or oral presentation must be written in English.
Only part of them will be selected by the Scientific Committee to be orally presented. You can state if you only want to present your abstract as a poster.
The author (or the presenter) must be present at the right date and time of the presentation.
We will only accept abstracts sent by this website.
The deadline for the abstracts submission is June 16th, 2008.
Rules for the abstracts submission
Specified Rules:
- All the abstracts must contain: objective, material and methods, results and conclusion. The text should not contain lines between each item.
- The abbreviations must be defined when used for the first time.
- Each abstract has to be related to one of the described subjects in the submission form. You can select the subject that better fits your abstract before submission.
- Review your abstract CAREFULLY BEFORE press submit. They won’t be re-digitized and there won’t be any chance to get a review after the submission.
- The author (or the presenter) must be registered before the abstract submission.
- Only the abstracts selected by the Scientific Committee which fit the described rules will be presented and published.
- The acceptance letter of your abstract, will be sent to your registered e-mail.
